• A basic salary with unlimited bonus which increases based on experience and business production;  

• Ongoing annual bonuses paid on existing clients' portfolios (after qualifying period);

Training and Professional Development

After undergoing in-house training, the IA forms a business plan, where we agree targets, with regular 1-1's and reviews. IFG Asia will ensure you have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge through ongoing training and by studying for and passing the International Financial Planning Diploma.
